There was too much work

There was too much work

The owner before me certainly got into wood and built things out of it. My condo has a big wraparound wood porch. There is an addition globbed onto the side of the condo that is basically a wood box. There is a wood gazebo in the yard. It should be pretty. Instead the wood is subjected to moisture disfigurement a lot. It rains a ton in Jacksonville, FL. The drastic rain is difficult on the wood. I started out trying to save everything and then my buddy and I realized it would be a full time task. The condo is gorgeous with its wood porch, but the amount of upkeep is obscene. Without the porch, it would be worthless. So I decided that I was tired of all the upkeep and I wanted to sell the arena. When I listed my house online I found that pretty much everyone wanted me to redo the porch, repair the gazebo, and finish the addition. No way. I am not signing up to do a major project for someone else to enjoy it. Everything was great enough to move in right then. I wasn’t willing to pander in order to make a sale. That is how I ended up researching loft clients in Jacksonville Florida. I specially looked for real estate money clients in Jax. I found money for a loft buyer that was willing to leave everything as is. I got the money and signed the papers. They then got to decide if they were going to repair the porch or not. It was certainly nice to say goodbye to aht house that required so much work.
