The owner before me certainly got into wood and built things out of it. My condo has a big wraparound wood porch. There is an addition globbed onto the side of the condo that is basically a wood box. When I listed my house online I found that pretty much everyone wanted me to redo the porch, repair the gazebo, and finish the addition. No way. I am not signing up to do a major project for someone else to enjoy it. Everything was great enough to move in right then. I wasn’t willing to pander in order to make a sale. I found money for a loft buyer that was willing to leave everything as is. I got the money and signed the papers. They then got to decide if they were going to repair the porch or not.
