I am always looking for new projects and for different ways to make money. I have a lot of kids to take care of and I also have to pay for maintenance for a new boat that I recently purchased. The boat isn’t really all that great because there are some issues with it and I can’t even take it out on the lake yet. Once I make enough money on flipping apartment buildings around here in Indianapolis, I am going to have more than enough money to take care of the boat situation, that’s for sure. I can’t wait to get out on the lake, but first I have to figure out how to pay cash for apartment buildings and how to pay cash for other rental properties in the area. I have a friend who is in local real estate investment and he has been trying to teach me a little bit here and there about things like this. I have to say that I am just not a really fast learner when it comes to things like how to make quality real estate investments. I have been working hard to try and study all of the things that he has been telling me about for so long. I can’t wait to start making money on apartment flipping. Paying cash for apartment buildings is something that I never thought that I would actually do or even be interested in doing. However, I know that it’s going to pay off for me in the long run if I can keep learning about it.
