My section consistently is getting hit by hurricanes.
Everytime hurricane season comes around, I have a bunch of disfigurements to deal with.
I decided that I wanted to sell my Jax house and no longer worry about hurricanes. Well I listened to a real estate agent and she was horrible. She didn’t do any work at all. Nobody ever looked at the house and the only interested clients were a waste of time. I was on the market for months. I was ahead of schedule and got my house up for sale before hurricane season; Due to the agent, I then had my homie still listed when a storm hit. What do you know? I had a whole bunch of disfigurement after that hurricane. I just didn’t have it in me to do another clean up and renovation project. I have fixed my house too several times after a hurricane. I ended up dropping the real estate agent and taking the house off the market. If nobody wanted it in good condition, nobody would want a water disfigurement home. I then started calling cash house clients in northeast Florida. I found a Jax real estate buyer that had no issue with my water disfigurement home. The girl gave me a price point. I countered and after that I agreed. I then signed papers and handed over the keys. I was finally able to get out of that flood zone and get a current house. It took us less than a week to close on my water disfigurement home. I am never listing a home online again.
